				CONFOCAL MICROSCOPE
					Specifications Simultaneous three-color detection and display with a single monitor for image display and user interface. All excitation and detection parameters are computer controlled. Mirrors with dielectric coating allow high efficiency reflectivity and optical sensitivity. Incorporates photomultipliers with enhanced sensitivity. Digital filtering is used to optimize the signal/noise for all scan conditions. Fast photon counting mode with automatic setup which allows signal quantitation and the acquisition of high quality, full brightness images from extremely low signal intensities.
